Police

The Cecil Police Department is a public service organization.  Our primary functions are the protection of life, property, order maintenance, and the prevention and investigation of criminal activity.  To accomplish these goals, we are obligated to provide a wide range of law enforcement services including, but not limited to, having the right to make arrests and/or apprehend criminals.  It is our responsibility to deliver the most professional and effective law enforcement services with all available resources.
